By participating in the FX COSMO CPA Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and the collectively referenced Terms and Conditions, Client Agreement, and Affiliate Agreement.

FX COSMO reserves the right to deny CPA payments for breaches, adjust rates or conditions at any time without notice, and withhold or revoke payments in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance.

By joining the FX COSMO Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) Program, you acknowledge that participation is subject to FX COSMO’s sole approval.

CPA payouts are made only on “qualified actions” (verified client acquisition, deposit, and trading activity); no commission is due unless all criteria are met.

The CPA Program is unavailable where prohibited by law. Participants must ensure that each broker is authorised to operate in their clients’ jurisdictions. FX COSMO accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by affiliates or clients.

FX COSMO reserves the right to withhold or cancel crypto commission payments if a partner crypto exchange fails or refuses to pay commissions, if the exchange’s terms and conditions are violated, if abusive or irregular trading is detected (including arbitrage or bonus exploitation), if FX COSMO’s services are misrepresented or false profit claims are made, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, or in any other case where FX COSMO, at its sole discretion, decides that commission payments should not be made. FX COSMO accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from non-payment or insolvency of any partner crypto exchange, changes to exchange policies or regulations affecting commission payments, or for any instance where commission payments are withheld or canceled at our discretion. The program may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the FX COSMO crypto commissions program is subject to FX COSMO’s sole approval and internal policies.
